What is an Otolaryngic Allergist?
An otolaryngic allergist is a specialist physician who has completed specialty training in the medical and surgical management and treatment of disorders and diseases of the ear, nose, throat (ENT) and other related structures of the head and neck. This specialty encompasses cosmetic facial reconstruction, management of patients with loss of hearing and balance, examination of air and food passages, and treatment of allergic, sinus, laryngeal, thyroid and esophageal disorders.
